Responsibilities & Context:

Purpose of the Job:

  • Receive & prepare pathology specimens, following approved standards & policies . The ability to retrieve, communicate or otherwise present information in a written, auditory, or visual fashion is essential.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Interview patients to obtain personal and financial information, insuring the accuracy and completeness of that information
  • Collect and process any necessary service payments
  • Greets patients and complete registration process
  • Give him/her proper guidance to collect necessary information and describe properly our policy regarding report delivery and other staffs.
  • In case of the phone calls, talk to the person humbly and remain calm while talking.
  • Inform about delaying in report delivery very softly and describe the reason.
  • Maintains files of requisitions & type reports.

Required critical behavioural competencies

  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with employees, physicians, vendors, clients, and external agencies.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
