Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify all opportunities for improving manufacturing processes, develop/prioritize action plans and ensure any changes in the process are recorded/reported to subsequent production areas .
∎ Investigate/review all shade failures through the effective use of problem solving tools/techniques and implement shade surgeries and apply permanent corrective action so as to eliminate the root causes in order to minimize product variation/improve RFT manufacture.
∎ Pass/fail shades, ensure that accurate continuity records/specifications are maintained and all relevant quality data learnt during the production process recorded in order to facilitate smooth set up/production during the products’ life cycle
∎ Ensure the knowledge of basic theory of the color management and ability to work with Spectrophotometer.
∎ Ensure the Knowledge of Orgatex Central controlling system in the dye house.
