Job Context:
∎ Digicon Telecommunication Limited is looking for Junior Engineer - Tech Support under Technology Division for MIME, ISP.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation, link delivery and troubleshooting of customer premise devices.
∎ Attending customer complaints and queries and visit clients' premises.
∎ Diagnosing customer end network configuration issues and network performance.
∎ New customer Internet and data service provisioning for customer end devices like OLT, router, and switches.
∎ Conducting survey for network expansion and rollout of PoP and last mile connectivity.
∎ Customer focused with a pro-active and responsive approach.
∎ Strong communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills.
∎ Liaising with last mile service providers for new connectivity and fault resolution.
∎ Coordinate with network operation team to ensure rollout plan and service delivery.
∎ Trouble ticket handing.
∎ Inform to the respective team regarding fault issues (fault notification)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge on FTTX, LAN, WAN, Access Point, Wireless Networking.
∎ Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, OS, firewall.
∎ Should have basic networking knowledge.
∎ Good communication skill and teamwork.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
