Responsibilities & Context:
Operate and inspect Rotary Screw type Air Compressors.
Assist in installation or upgrades of Compressed Air Systems.
Conduct preventive maintenance (oil changes, filter replacement, leak checks).
Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during breakdowns or shutdowns.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and checklists.
Follow safety protocols while handling high-pressure systems and refrigerants.
Troubleshoot and repair air leaks, electrical faults, and pressure issues.
Monitor air dryer and moisture separator performance.
Maintain airline cleanliness and system pressure balance.
Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during breakdowns or shutdowns.
Maintain PM works as per schedule and keep update.
Report to The Head of Service
