• Design, install, calibrate, and maintain advanced AV systems including projectors, sound systems, LED walls, DMX lighting, and control systems.

• Set up and manage live sound systems for events, conferences, and performances, including speaker placement, mixing consoles, and wireless microphone management.

• Perform live sound mixing for speeches, panel discussions, music, and multimedia events to ensure clear and balanced audio throughout the venue.

• Conduct sound checks and adjust levels in real-time based on the acoustic environment and program requirements.

• Manage and operate live streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook) and broadcasting tools, including OBS Studio and ViMix.

• Set up and run live and hybrid events, conferences, and classroom systems using Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, and other video conferencing platforms.

• Provide technical support for AV-related issues during events, meetings, and day-to-day operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors for AV system upgrades, repairs, or new installations.

• Conduct regular preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of AV equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Assist in the design and implementation of AV setups for new classrooms, meeting rooms, or event spaces.

• Ensure all AV setups comply with safety regulations and organizational standards.

• Maintain inventory and documentation of AV equipment and system configurations.
