Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, customize and maintain Odoo modules based on business needs.
∎ Design, develop and test new features in Odoo ERP.
∎ Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug existing Odoo implementations.
∎ Optimize application performance and scalability.
∎ Provide technical support and training to end-user.
∎ Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of development processes and customizations.
∎ Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
∎ 2+ years of experience in Odoo Development.
∎ Strong proficiency in Python and Odoo framework.
∎ Hands-on experience with Odoo ORM, QWeb, XML, JavaScript and PostgreSQL.
∎ Experience in Odoo module development, customization and migration.
∎ Knowledge of Odoo workfows, security rules and access control lists (ACLs).
∎ Familiarity with restful APIs and wed service for integration.
∎ Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
∎ Good understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JazaScript) is a plus.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
∎ At least 1 year experience with Odoo Enterprise and Community Editions.
∎ Familiarity with Linux-based systems and DevOps practices.
∎ Experience with version control systems like Git.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
