The Call Center Representative will be the first point of contact for adult consumers and retailers. The role involves handling outbound calls, providing accurate information about products, managing inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s standards and compliance policies.
Key Responsibilities
Handle outbound calls professionally to address queries from retailers, distributors, and adult consumers.
Provide accurate product information, pricing, promotions, and order status updates.
Manage complaints, feedback, and escalations in accordance with company procedures.
Record all interactions in the CRM system with accuracy and attention to detail.
Support sales and trade marketing initiatives by informing customers about new products, offers, or campaigns.
Achieve daily/weekly call volume targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery.
