Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Fashion Designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be able to develop new collection for every season
∎ Making Flat Sketch (Tops & Bottoms) in graphic software.
∎ Making new accessories design for upcoming collections.
∎ Design new labeling and badge for Buyers.
∎ Attend sales meting with buyer.
∎ Online searching for upcoming season labeling & surface of garments.
∎ Making overview with ready sample photo & sketch for upcoming season.
∎ Helping Overseas office designer to make collocation sketch & provide accessories for SHA sampling.
∎ Making redoubling sketch & order.
∎ Making sketch according to Buyer request.
∎ Making graphic design for our website.
∎ Making presentation file for customer meeting.
∎ Making swatch board for season to season.
∎ E-mail correspond with Buyer's and overseas office.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 27 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Modern System Adaptability & Creativity.
∎ Be conversant in Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Adobe In-design
∎ Leadership quality with positive attitude & having ability to take decision independently
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality.
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparent, proactive stance and positive style;
∎ Able to assess options and implications in order to identify a solution
∎ Being pleasant with others on the job and displaying good-natures cooperative attitude.
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP, PowerPoint and E-mail
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English;
