Educational Requirements:
∎ 4 years Graduation / Post Graduate or university degree in the field of computer science / Information Technology /MIS/ Business
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Process information shared in meetings and note taking to draw conclusion on given scenarios.
∎ Conduct independent research on given task or solution space with the mind-set of finding innovative technical solutions of technical problems.
∎ Writing, Listening and understanding ability of technical terms and as well as general business terms, if unknown have the mind-set to learn.
∎ Understand software development project management processes, terms, methodologies.
∎ Check status of projects/tasks and update project management tool.
∎ Track progress of projects, prepare reports or requirement documents as required by PMO.
∎ Prepare BRS, SRS and other technical documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Awareness of software development process
∎ Keen to learn newer things
∎ Previous experience in software industry preferable
∎ Organized mindset and ability to draw clarity in messy situations
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
∎ Ability to connect with other team members and leadership skill Effective communication skills with multiple stalk-holders
∎ Active Listening, proper note-taking skills with ability to process huge amount of information in short time and reach conclusion
∎ Ability to conduct meetings, survey’s, focus groups and presentations
∎ Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
∎ Prioritizing skills when bogged down with a lot of tasks
∎ Ability to do research given topics or solutions or about a specific problem
∎ Ownership and accountability of responsibilities i.e. internally motivated to perform and do better in analysis domain.
∎ Strong command in MS Visio, MS Project, MS Excel, MS Access & MS PowerPoint
∎ Basic Knowledge on Figma & Lucid chart is given advantages.
∎ Preferable English Medium background/Solid command in English language Tech Savvy i.e. aware of latest technical tools and technologies and interest to develop career in technical services industry
