∎ Must have advanced knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment.
∎ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle busy shifts
∎ Must have Computer skill both in MS Word and Excel
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preparing and serving coffee, espresso, and other beverages to customers
∎ Assisting with basic coffee equipment maintenance
∎ Demonstrating advanced knowledge of coffee, brewing methods, and latte art
∎ Providing excellent customer service by taking orders, handling transactions, maintaining high service standards under pressure and ensuring a positive customer experience.
∎ Mentored baristas enhancing their skills in coffee crafting
∎ Collaborated closely with the team to ensure prompt and accurate order completion.
∎ Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
∎ Led initiative to introduce a new seasonal menu
∎ Supervised and trained up staff, fostering an environment of teamwork and efficiency
∎ Conducted monthly inventory audits, reducing discrepancies and ensuring consistent quality control
∎ Handling complex customer orders and resolved customer dissatisfaction immediately
