Job Context:
∎ Job Contract duration for 6 Months & renewable upon satisfactory performance,
∎ Job Location: Nilphamari, Pabna, Gazipur, Faridpur, Rangpur, Jamalpur, Sirajganj, Moulvibazar, Satkhira, Narayanganj, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Jashore
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new seller/brand prospects through data driven analysis on the market.
∎ Facilitate sourcing and on-boarding of leads (sellers/brands) based on the category and company strategy.
∎ Achieving targeted KPI on new seller acquisition, assortments.
∎ Developing & Implementing strategies for Merchant acquisition & to educate sellers about selling on E-commerce platform.
∎ G2M strategies- understand the market, identify the seller & business portfolio to acquire new Vendor.
∎ Train up vendors/Seller about how to maintain the seller center, website & system in every aspect.
∎ Maintaining acquisition trackers (seller status, follow up, contract signed to live etc) for daily based report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong communication & analytical skills.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Proactive and can-do attitude.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14000 - 15000 (Monthly)
∎ As per company policy.
