- ক্লায়েন্টের রিকোয়ারমেন্ট সংগ্রহ ও ডকুমেন্ট করা।
- ক্লায়েন্টের সাথে প্রজেক্টের স্ট্যাটাস, চাহিদা এবং সমস্যা নিয়ে সরাসরি কথা বলা।
- কাস্টমার রিলেশনশিপ বজায় রাখা।
- AutoCAD, SketchUp এ দক্ষতা।
- ইন্টেরিয়র ডিজাইনে প্র্যাকটিক্যাল অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। Working drawings, layout plans, elevation, section ইত্যাদি প্রস্তুত করা।
- Project measurement এবং drawing interpretation দক্ষতা।
- নিজস্ব বাইক থাকতে হবে, অথবা চালাতে জানতে হবে। (Having a personal motorbike will be considered an added advantage.)
- Communication skill – ক্লায়েন্ট ও টিমের সাথে পেশাদার যোগাযোগ।
- Problem solving ও দ্রুত শিখে নেবার ক্ষমতা।
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities:
- প্রজেক্ট সাইটে ভিজিট করে সঠিক মেজারমেন্ট নেওয়া।
- AutoCAD/SketchUp/অন্যান্য সফটওয়্যারে ড্রইং ও স্কেচ তৈরি করা।
- ক্লায়েন্টদের সাথে প্রজেক্ট সম্পর্কিত আলাপচারিতা ও কনসালটেশন করা।
- কাস্টমারের সাথে ভালোভাবে কমিউনিকেশন ও রিলেশনশিপ বিল্ড-আপ করার ক্ষমতা।
