• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Design, Concept, Visualization, Planning, Coordination & Control of Manufacturing Process, Interior & Furniture Production schedules, Quality Control, Timekeeping, Negotiation & Estimations, budgets, Resource requirements, Client Delivery, Sales, Marketing, operations

• High level of creativity and imagination

• Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals

• A keen eye for detail

• Organizational, project management and planning skills

• Willing to take challenges

• Internet & Mailing browsing expertise

• Must have production, manufacturing, management, operations and client delivery knowledge

• Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

• Design & Concept, Interior/Furniture production schedule, estimates, site visits, project handover

• Using the construction “brief” to identify clients` needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.

• Developing plans, designs in line with client`s needs, building`s usage and environmental impact.
