Responsibilities & Context:
- Controlling projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
- Design & Concept, Interior/Furniture production schedule, estimates, site visits, project handover
- High level of creativity and imagination
- Leadership skills as well as the ability to work well within a team of other professionals
- A keen eye for detail
- Organizational, project management and planning skills
- Using the construction “brief” to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals.
- Developing plans, designs in line with client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.
