Job Responsibilities

• Lead concept design, space planning, and project development.

• Oversee drawing production, detailing, and quality control.

• Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and present design proposals.

• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.

• Perform site visits, verify progress, and solve on-site design issues.

• Ensure all designs follow project standards, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).

• Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience (based on typical industry expectations; cannot verify exact norms).

• Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, D5 Render and other design tools.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
