Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and cost estimates for projects.
Assist in preparing BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project budgeting.
Review architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and procurement teams.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
Maintain documentation and reports for costing-related activities.
