Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
Translate conceptual layouts from the Senior Architect into precise 2D construction drawings and photorealistic 3D models.
Produce highly detailed floor plans, elevations, and section drawings for our premium retail marts and production facilities.
Execute rapid design iterations based on C-level executive feedback.
Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software daily to produce presentation-ready visual assets for management approval.
