Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industry (café, restaurant, or beverage shop preferred).
Freshers with strong motivation and good communication skills may also apply.
Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English are an advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare and serve Aicha beverage items as per company standards (training and raw materials will be provided).
Manage daily outlet operations including order taking, food & beverage preparation, and customer service.
Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reporting.
Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and inventory levels.
Ensure product quality and customer satisfaction at all times.
Coordinate with management for stock replenishment and operational updates
