∎ Promote and sell the bank's SME Asset and Deposit products.
∎ Capable of analyzing competitors by identifying new market prospects.
∎ Achievement of individual business targets for loan disbursement and deposit mobilization, as determined by management from time to time.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customers & other stakeholders.
∎ Visiting new business area and identifying new market opportunities.
∎ Ensure supreme satisfaction & services to the customers.
∎ Conduct a market survey to identify prospective customers for sustainable portfolio growth.
