Responsibilities & Context:
  • To arrange & conduct awareness program among employees to ensure all rules & regulations, policies & procedures, disciplines and compliance related issues.

  • Ensure all over welfare activities as per Bangladesh Labor Law-2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.Establish contracts and hold consultations with a view to maintaining harmonious relations between the management of the factory and the workers.

  • To establish effective communication between management and workers.To look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate toilet facility, drinking water etc.

  • To advise and brief workers on the use of PPE, machine guard, sanitation, fire safety etc.Handle all grievances & compliance issues as per labor laws.

  • To conduct orientation for new employees.Ensuring different documentations related to Admin, HR & Compliance.Counseling the absent workers to reduce absenteeism.

  • Counseling workers to ensure health & safety related issues and motivate them to maintain hygiene in the workplace.

  • Ensuring Maternity benefits as per Labor Law2006 and Labor Rules 2015 & 2022.

  • Checking complaint/suggestion boxes to share the notes, if any, with the concerned management.

  • Conduct awareness training programs on rules and regulations as per Buyer`s Code of Conduct & law of the country.

  • Look after the provision of amenities such as dining, adequate wash room facility, drinking water, etc.

  • Any other day to day administrative works as assigned.
