Quality Feeds Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our factory team as Jr. Officer / Officer – Store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth inventory management, maintaining proper documentation, and supporting overall store operations in line with company policies.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials, spare parts, and goods.
Maintain accurate stock records using ERP/software and manual logs.
Issue materials to production and other departments as per requisition.
Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs or overstocking.
Ensure proper tagging, storage, and preservation of materials in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Assist in regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for smooth workflow.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area.
Prepare and submit regular inventory and usage reports to management.
Ensure compliance with factory safety guidelines and internal SOPs.
