Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ We also prefer B.Sc in CSE degree from a recognized University
∎ Fluency in English and Bengali, both speaking & writing is must.
∎ Good interpersonal & Communication skill.
∎ Ability to collect, analyze and manage data.
∎ Ability to understand, articulates, and promotes the vision and mission of GUB
∎ Excellence computer skills with regard to docs, slides, spreadsheets, databases and web pages.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To visit different colleges and polytechnic institutions of Bangladesh, fix up banners, organizing seminars, posters and distribute pamphlets in the institutions so visited.
∎ To meet the principals, senior teachers and prospective students of the institutions concerned and convey the message of attractive packages and incentives offered by GUB.
∎ To copy the video presentation of GUB in a pen drive and to highlight GUB before the gatherings of students and teachers and to take sufficient photographs with the students and teachers of the visited institutions and submit a report to the Deputy Registrar (Admission) on the outcome of the visit.
∎ To contribute as an effective member of the marketing team and attend staff meetings as required and to develop working relationships with other staff in order to implement specific marketing campaigns.
∎ To liaise internally with university staff, externally with prospective students, teachers, current students, former students and other stakeholders of the community for increasing enrolment.
∎ To establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels particularly in respect of all marketing activities-both internal and external.
∎ To assist with the planning, implementing and organizing of University Open Days, ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ To deliver presentations to prospective students at the Seminars, Job Fairs, Career Fairs and Skills Development Events as necessary.
∎ To assist in the planning and delivery of the University's short term marketing policies for student recruitment.
∎ To assist in the updating and maintaining of the University's online promotion and paper based on marketing and recruitment materials and related information.
∎ To prepare coaching centers, colleges and polytechnic institutions database and update it from time to time
∎ To facilitate the production of any marketing materials, directed by the Deputy Registrar of Admission.
∎ To use audio-visual and/or other presentational equipment as required.
∎ To plan, develop and deliver marketing and communications activities for the University as required.
∎ To perform any other jobs assigned by the Deputy Registrar (Admission)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to promote the University and to work independently as well as part of a team. Outstanding interpersonal, public speaking, and writing skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations and/or people. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and travel extensively. The applicant must have the ability to complete the target of the predetermined student admission per semester.
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on Online Advertisement and Social Media Page /channel like: YouTube, LinkedIn, Google+, Facebook, Instagram, Google Adwords, SEO, and Twitter handle management & page/post/CPC/LEAD management.
