The candidate with a PhD or an equivalent degree (D. Lit./ D.Phil./ D.Sc.) in the relevant field, a minimum of 12 years of teaching experience at university level of which 4 years as Associate Professor and at least 10 publications as Associate Professor of which Two (2) should be as first author/ individual/ corresponding author. Of the two, in case of joint authorship, at least one should be as first author. With M.Phil or equivalent degree in the relevant field, a minimum 16 years of teaching experience of which 9 years as Associate Professor and at least 12 publication of which 6 as Associate Professor, of which two (2) should be Individually authored/ as first author
