Provide strong academic and administrative leadership across the school
Lead and support teaching and administrative staff to achieve high standards of performance
Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, assessment, and teaching practices
Oversee school operations, compliance, and policy implementation
Foster a positive school culture that supports student wellbeing and achievement
Engage effectively with parents, governing bodies, and the wider school community
