Responsibilities & Context:
Manage and update CRM systems, including processing offer letters
Review student profiles and submitted documents
Coordinate with partner universities for documentation and updates
Manage and update university portals
Process deposit payments and obtain confirmations
Prepare and submit CAS (Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies) requests
Conduct compliance checks and assess high-risk applications
Guide students for interviews and provide constructive feedback
Support visa applications, including UKVI interview preparation
Manage refund processes accurately and efficiently
