JobSummary:

We are looking for a responsible and creative Video Content and Studio Executive to handle video capturing inside our own studio and campus. The primary responsibility of this role is to capture real, authentic content such as student testimonials, CEO talks, guidance sessions, events, seminars, and institutional videos.

This is not a freelance or cinematic film making role. This is a practical, in house content position focused on regular institutional video production.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Capturing

• Capture student testimonial videos

• Capture CEO videos, guidance sessions, and official messages

• Capture events, seminars, award ceremonies, and internal programs

• Take master shots, B roll, and supporting shots

• Ensure proper framing, lighting, and audio quality

Studio and Equipment Management

• Maintain studio setup and shooting space

• Set up camera, tripod, microphone, and basic lighting

• Ensure equipment safety and readiness

• Manage indoor shooting schedules smoothly

Content Sense and Planning

• Suggest video ideas suitable for institutional and social media use

• Understand content requirements for Facebook, YouTube, and short video platforms

• Coordinate with management before shooting

• Help presenters feel comfortable in front of the camera

Basic Post Production Support

• Do basic trimming or coordinate with the editor when required

• Organize and maintain raw footage and content archive

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in videography or video content capturing

• Practical knowledge of camera handling and framing

• Basic understanding of lighting and sound

• Familiarity with social media video formats

• Creative mindset with strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to work during events and flexible hours when needed

Experience in educational or corporate video content will be an advantage.
