• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• Diploma in Electrical in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• 5 to 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Deliver competency-based theory and practical training as per approved curriculum and standards

• Conduct training in:

  • Electrical installation and maintenance

  • Motor control circuits

  • Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) systems

  • Motor winding (binding)

  • Basic electrical works and troubleshooting

• Prepare and implement competency-based lesson plans

• Develop and use practical job sheets aligned with workplace tasks

• Demonstrate and enforce electrical safety practices and procedures

• Assess learner performance based on competency standards

• Provide feedback and guidance to support competency achievement

• Maintain trainee assessment and progress records

• Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities

• Manage training setups for motors, control panels, and ATS systems

• Support learners through coaching and mentoring

• Comply with institutional, accreditation, and CBT requirements

• Update training materials in line with industry practices
