• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Instruction & Practical Training

• Deliver practical, competency-based training in residential and commercial plumbing systems.

• Instruct students on standard pipefitting techniques, including cutting, threading, bending, and joining various pipe materials.

• Demonstrate correct usage of hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment, and welding/soldering torches.

• Guide students through blueprint reading, building codes, plumbing schematics, and isometric drawings.

• Reinforce strict workplace safety standards, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage, and OSHA regulations during shop hours.

Student Evaluation & Mentorship

• Assess students’ hands-on technical skills through structured performance tests and practical milestones.

• Provide constructive, timely feedback to help students correct errors and master complex techniques.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and skills checklists.

• Provide academic support and career mentorship to prepare students for apprenticeships and industry certifications.

Lab & Material Management

• Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the plumbing workshop/lab space.

• Perform routine inventory audits, manage raw materials (pipes, fittings, fixtures), and ensure tools are properly maintained.

• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the Lead Trainer or Program Coordinator.
