Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in CSE/IT with a CGPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, and GPA 4.00 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC.
Must have strong IT troubleshooting skills, knowledge of networking, hardware/software maintenance, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance & Support
Assist in monitoring and maintaining IT systems, servers, and network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and update computer systems, applications, and digital tools.
User Assistance
Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students for IT-related queries.
Guide users in the effective use of software applications, digital platforms, and online resources.
Assist in resolving system errors, access issues, and connectivity problems.
Network & Security Support
Support network monitoring and ensure secure access to University IT resources.
Assist in implementing cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols.
Help with regular data backup and recovery procedures.
Project & Task Coordination
Support IT projects, system upgrades, and digital initiatives under the supervision of Sr. Officer/Deputy Director.
Coordinate with other IT team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Maintain records of system updates, maintenance activities, and technical support provided.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain logs of technical issues, resolutions, and system performance.
Prepare reports and documentation for Sr. Officer or Deputy Director as needed.
Track recurring technical issues and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
Additional Responsibilities
Participate in training programs to improve technical skills and knowledge.
Assist in implementing new IT solutions and digital initiatives across the University.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Director, Deputy Director, or University authorities to ensure efficient IT operations.
