Responsibilities & Context:
This position will support the merchandising team in managing sweater orders from development to shipment, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery through effective coordination with buyers, suppliers, and production teams.
Review buyer tech packs, specs, and samples; coordinate sampling (proto, fit, size set).
Ensure timely sample submission and follow up on buyer comments.
Assist in costing, order processing, and internal communication.
Monitor yarn, trims, production, and ensure on-time order delivery.
Communicate regularly with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams on order status.
Support quality and production teams to resolve issues.
Maintain order files and prepare regular progress reports.
Assist in shipment booking and documentation.
