Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline / B.Sc in Textile Engineering / MBA (Reputed University)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have strong knowledge regarding Knit.
∎ Should have market knowledge.
∎ Review time and action plan, solve the discrepancies immediately.
∎ Develop samples & trims according to Buyer requirements in time for production.
∎ Arrange & participate in pre-production meeting.
∎ Prepare all kind of production samples such as pp sample, size set sample, shipment sample before dead line of buyer requirement and Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Align planning and production team for timely shipment.
∎ Follow up daily production report & ensure that production can meet up on time shipment.
∎ Creating report, update for top management reference and review.
∎ Follow up fabric booking & inhouse statues
∎ Regular reporting to the Sr. Merchandiser.

∎ Candidates having experience in knit.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Merchandising, Textile Engineering, Garments
∎ Should able to work under pressure.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparence, proactive stance and positive style;
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows XP, Power Point and E-mail.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English.
