Additional Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 year of experience in digital marketing, videography, or related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn)
- Familiarity with email marketing tools or basic analytics
- Interest in videography and video editing (experience with mobile apps like CapCut, InShot is a plus)
- Good communication skills in Bangla and English
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing trends
- Ability to handle client inquiries and follow up on leads
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Responsibilities & Context:
Create and edit promotional videos for social media and campaigns
Manage and grow our presence on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Tiktok, LinkedIn
Design and schedule engaging content (posts, graphics, videos)
Monitor and report on social media performance
Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential clients
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Collaborate with the team to develop new marketing strategies
