Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Applicant must have an LL.B (Hon's) from a reputed university.
∎ Educational Qualification may be relaxed in case of experienced person.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the company lawyer to resolve the case at court (Narayanganj).
∎ Assist the company lawyer in dealing with mutation matter at the local land office, AC land office (Murapara, Rupganj, Narayanganj),
∎ Assist the company lawyer to submit Mutation to the concerned office of all registrations land in favor of the company.
∎ Have fair knowledge about the documentation of the land purchase.
∎ Assist the company lawyer in Vetting the ownership of land and legal matters.
∎ Draft all kinds of Deed (legal) documents.
∎ Understand all land-related documents (C.S, S.A, R.S, B.S mutation, deed, via deed, porcha).
∎ Any other related duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent legal and communication skills (oral and written).
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Company Law, Labour Law, Real Estate, Land act.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Good understanding of legal issues.
∎ Good command over spoken and written English and Bengali skills.
∎ Willingness to travel and tour any part of the country as and when required.
