Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Architecture, Diploma in Business Studies, HSC
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive imported raw jute from boat or truck, measure 100% weight and take sample properly.
∎ Note down bhagas in assortment shed. In addition, keep proper calculation of 40 and 50 Kg. bojha.
∎ Issued Jute 100% weighing for mill.
∎ Weigh pacca jute (100%) and Khamal.
∎ Observe that assorting workers are applying kata-bari, jhapta-bari etc.
∎ Assist in grade-wise khamal.
∎ Visit Mokam to collect Raw Jute rates and analyze its' Market.
∎ Ability to recognize Jute grade and quality.
∎ Must have in depth knowledge on Jute mokams and areas.
∎ Ability to purchase from mokam directly and collect grade-wise jute samples, if needed.
∎ Able to negotiate with Jute party.
∎ Should have practice on Jute godown monitoring, unloading and issue related work.
∎ Should be skilled on bangla and english typing.
∎ Should have practical experience on jute inspection.
∎ Report to management on regular jute market information.
∎ Supervise go-down kacca, pacca assortment, keep control of jute cutting amount. In addition, provide attention towards kata-bari, jhapta-bari and weight of mora.
∎ Supervise all khata-dar's work, manage bhaga as per mills requirement on daily basis and make sure of mill issue at the end of everyday work.
∎ Make sure that issued jute to mill is never less than the demand and prepare in advance for this.
∎ Assess raw jute quality before unloading from truck or boat.
∎ Check raw jute moisture.
∎ Follow through with jute inspection committee, find out the actual grade, quality of jute and inform the committee.
∎ Any type of communication with jute businessmen/ Mokam/ anyone outside the company is prohibited. Even keeping mobile phone number and indirect communication is not allowed.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 11000 (Monthly)
