Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hardware Troubleshooting
∎ OS (Windows, Linux) and Application Software Installation, Over the phone support and or physical support to the clients' end on the basis of 24x7.
∎ Computer Application Support.
∎ Security Surveillance/Attendance Machine Support.
∎ Basic electric knowledge such as electric wiring, cabling, connectivity of electric connection.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management time to time.
∎ Knowledge on Serial and Parallel connectivity.
∎ Knowledge on Seven Segment and Dot Matrix LED Board.
∎ Knowledge on MS Office (Ward, Excel & Power Point Presentation)
∎ CCNA certified is highly preferred.

∎ Age 22 to 35 years
