∎ Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell home internet packages.
∎ Provide detailed information about internet plans, offers, and services.
∎ Generate leads, follow up with potential customers, and close sales.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases.
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
∎ Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
∎ Other responsibilities will be assigned by the supervisor.
