• Maintain daily attendance, leave and overtime records of employees through HRIS.

• Assist Payroll daily by providing various data of worker and staff.

• Provide necessary support to the recruitment team and input data of newly recruited employees.

• Maintain all personal files and update service records accordingly.

• Input data in HRIS regarding sourcing candidate, recruitment, training, salary fixation, confirmation and annual assessment of workers and staffs.

• Assist Line Manager in assessing of training needs, in-house skill base training programs, orientation programs, etc.

• Support HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture.

• Conduct employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding Staff & Workers.

• Maintain disciplinary procedure and handle worker and staff grievance and motivate them.

• Organize worker and staff performance reviews.

• Generate periodic HR reports (attendance, turnover, recruitment status, etc.)

• Any other tasks given by HR Manager.
