Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out the day to day electrical maintenance functions of Denim fabric manufacturing plant producing fabrics for top-class customers in USA/ Europe and being responsible for the successful maintenance of electrical machineries/ equipment to meet the required quality of the fabric produced and delivered
∎ Make sure that the machines are adjusted; equipments are updated in accordance with the fabric requirements
∎ Taking care of machines/ equipments and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered
∎ Discuss with Technical/ R & D/ Quality Assurance QC personnel to address the maintenance procedure and meet the quality requirements and receive their instructions/recommendations and act accordingly
∎ Execute maintenance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum production and quality
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Only Denim Machine Maintenance Experienced Persons Required to Apply.
∎ Should be able to read Electrical Drawings
∎ Should know Trouble shooting & Modification of parts
∎ Should have at least 5 years of experience in highly reputed Denim Fabric factories engaged in business with world-class customers/brands out of which 3 year in supervising the overall maintenance functions.
∎ Capable to handle the machineries for most critical buyers/brands/styles
∎ Familiarity with the most advanced version of modern machineries and related maintenance equipments for highly sophisticated denim fabric factories
∎ A solid Knowledge of Internationally Accepted Machine Maintenance requirements/procedures and ensure that those requirements are met
∎ Should have contacts and experience in souring of engineering parts and components from suppliers
