Educational Requirements:
∎ Master in any discipline. MBA in Management will get preference.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Compliance
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ To Ensure healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of safety, hygiene and environment.
∎ Conducting and making reports to the internal audits on monthly basis.
∎ To update required documents of of RSC, BSCI, GOTS, ISO-9001 and for other certifications audit.
∎ To assist the implementation procedure of Higg Index and Better work Bangladesh.
∎ Maintaining the Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 amended 2013 & 2015 and Buyers COC.
∎ Lead safety, quality & compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.
∎ To develop & conduct the new employees orientation.
∎ Planning & Arranging Training Program on COC & relevant issues.
∎ Preparing Company code of conduct consulting with the management.
∎ Implementing Corrective Action Plan (CAP) after conducting COC Audit.
∎ Monitoring housekeeping regularly.
∎ Job location will be at Vulta and Fatullah, Narayanganj.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate should have good command in English both oral & Written.
∎ Has to be skilled in computer operation i.e ( Excel, MS word, Photoshop, PP)
∎ Have to be an expert in Compliance, Labor Law, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Training & Development area.
