Job Context:
∎ Title: Telemarketing for Sales of Electrical Transformer & Substation equipment.
∎
∎ The candidate should be able to speak comfortably over the phone with clients every day and share product information as well as handle further queries in addition to preparing periodic progress reports.
∎ The post also requires proficiency in communications through not only phone, but email and other verbal modes of communication also.
∎ The candidates will also have to make follow-up calls to both the B2B & B2C customers and try to make opportunities for additional sales.
∎ We are looking for an upbeat, self-motivated personnel who can work under pressure and is flexible to meet all work related tasks & assigned targets.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To listen and understand to find out clients need.
∎ Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to sales.
∎ Maintain & keep records of all contacts & other information in a comprehensible way.
∎ Excellent communication skills with clients with a specific focus on sales & marketing.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customers enquirers, selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Punctuality is a must
