Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Job Context:
∎ STEMON is a Programming and Robotics School for Kids (STEMON Bangladesh).
∎ We are looking for an experienced inside sales leader to manage our inside sales team and ensure to maximize the business outcome from the team.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for increasing the Admission of STEMON
∎ Call potential lead and find the sales in proper way.
∎ Collaborating with the Marketing member to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
∎ Preparing accurate sales forecasts to assist the company in making sound business decisions.
∎ Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.
∎ Collaborating effectively and professionally with the teachers and the operational teams to prevent the possible drop out and unnecessary claims from the guardians.
∎ Suggest continuously to the management about the effective new ways, methods, tools or platforms to make improvements in the sales result.
∎ Behaving professionally enough, creates good trust and effective chemistry or synergy among the project team to maximum the outcome of the STEMON Project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
∎ Can do attitude
∎ Should be smart with good convincing power.
∎ Should be proactive and good team player
∎ Should have good English communication skill
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10 - 12 (Monthly)
