Job Context:
∎ With increasing demand of international brands to enter the market, we are currently looking for Beauty Advisors, full time sales people to promote our product assortment at our partner points of sales:
∎ Locations Available: Mohammadpur, Jamuna Future Park, Uttara, Baily Road, Dhanmondi
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop BestinBrands sales by:
∎ engaging and maintaining customer relationship for exceptional in-store experience
∎ should be motivated for achieving sales target
∎ identifying and understanding customer needs
∎ demonstrating, providing information, and advising customer
∎ displaying product merchandising according to company policy
∎ maintaining stock inventory (stock count, requisitions for new products...)
∎ ensuring cleanliness & tidiness of dedicated space
∎ Update & Maintain POS System (sales, inventory...)
∎ Communicate daily sales and in-store feedback with supervisor
∎ Keep up to date with product information, training, new launches, promotions...
Additional Requirements:
∎ Enthusiasm and curiosity for Fragrance & Beauty products
∎ Flexible working hours (Opening to Closing - 6 days / week)
∎ Excellent communication and presentation
∎ Punctuality
∎ Operate office equipment and technology (i.e., computers, POS system, smart phone, copier, etc.)
∎ Standing required for entire work shift
∎ Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.

∎ Fluent in written and spoken Bengali & English.
