Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor & lead the grage fabrics warehouse operations.
∎ Monitoring grage fabrics receive from production floor as per SOP.
∎ Follow-up grage fabric storage with maintain BIN card.
∎ Ensuring grage fabrics delivery on time to all RMG unit as per SOP.
∎ Follow-up documentations & keep accurate record of grage warehouse.
∎ Monitoring & planning vehicle movement status for maximum utilization.
∎ Follow-up of grage fabric issue in MIS software.
∎ Ensure well accountability & strong housekeeping in grage fabric store.
∎ Lead & guide all grage fabric team member to build up efficiency.
∎ Strategic policy setup to ensure grage fabrics stock control.
∎ Physical inventory holding & grage fabric stock as per MIS report.
∎ Maintaining & monitoring various types of report as slow moving very slow moving, dead item & provide it to management monthly basis.
∎ Maintain leftover grage fabric report & through by mail to management for next course.
∎ Follow-up grage fabric delivery as per custom bond UP/IP EXP/ LC, ETC.
