∎ Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering / B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ Academic result having a GPA of at least 3.00 out of 5.00 in SSC & CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 in Diploma
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: MCSA/CCNA/MTCNA/Relevant
∎ English language skills.
Job Context:
∎ TECHNOKIT is a business corporation/group since 2002 made up of several concerns holding separate business entities which conduct businesses with Pharmaceutical Raw Materials (API & Excipients), Pharma Lab Equipments, Pharma Packaging, Medical Equipment, Cosmeceutical & Beauty Care, Natural Food divisions along with finished Medicines & Surgical division (licensed as model pharmacy which is designed to be chain healthcare shop & pharmacy).
∎ TECHNOKIT CORPORATION, the parent concern of the same ownership group, is looking for some young, energetic & dynamic human resources for the mentioned post(s).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set up and repair operating system (OS) & utility software
∎ Install & configure Email (outlook), Web-mail, QQ, WhatsApp, WeChat, Skype etc
∎ Perform troubleshooting of Hardware & Software problems
∎ Install & configure the LAN, routers, printers, scanners, projectors & maintain internet systems
∎ Monitor and maintain network/IT security
∎ Maintain access control, CCTV & PABX systems
∎ Configure DNS, DHCP, Proxy, VPN, Web Servers etc.
∎ Arrange IT and Communication support in meeting, conference & training.
∎ Routine health checkup of Technical & ICT machines & Devices (i. e, computers, UPS, printers, scanners, photocopiers, Routers, Lan networking, Cameras, access control devices)
∎ Maintain data backup & records for all technical or ICT machines & devices.
∎ NON-MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
∎ Digital publicity using Facebook, YouTube etc
∎ Data Entry, file management, stationery management & other jobs assigned by Management/Administration.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Networking, Security Management of IT System, Switching & Routing, System Engineering (Computer Network & System)
∎ Hands on experience in LAN, Switches, Routers, AD, DNS, DHCP, VPN etc.
∎ Should have knowledge on Mikrotik Router.
∎ Computer Hardware Troubleshooting.
∎ Having "Can do attitude"
∎ Tendency to work under pressure
∎ Tendency to travel on call to all offices of the company.
