Job Responsibilities:
∎ Helping worker recruitment and selection procedures
∎ Preparing and up-dating personal files
∎ Checking daily attendance comparing software generated absent report
∎ Counselling of absent and late employees
∎ Monitoring leave procedure and floor leave calendar implementation
∎ Monitoring floor discipline, housekeeping and employee safety
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ 2/3 years’ experience in HR & Admin job
Salary: Negotiable
