Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend pre-production meeting & note down discussion criteria.
∎ Identify Top 3 defect line & defects name then analysis to find out the real root cause.
∎ Collect bulk approve sample from GPQ.
∎ Check defect rectify balance. & maintain daily defects rectify data summary.
∎ Prepare Rejection report & review rejection garments of every line and keep the data.
∎ Co-ordinate with merchant & planning, collect the approved trims card.
∎ Prepare efficiency line summary and identify the reason of poor efficiency.
∎ Conduct daily inline inspection, M-mint, pre-final inspection, final inspection, make report & keep record.
∎ Layout observation for each style, & ensure process quality during layout.
∎ Follow-up Key point measurement report.
∎ Monitor & follow-up End table report.
∎ Sewing to finishing quality follow-up.
∎ Follow-up Floor DHU rate & work with technician & mechanic.
∎ Daily floor visit and Work according to Audit findings report.
∎ Review all quality report & submit to quality manager.
