∎ Institution sales for premium brands/products/services will get priority
∎ Basic knowledge on Modern Trade and Institution Sales arena
∎ Understanding of insights and analytical skill
∎ Proactive, self-driven, self-motivated, organized
∎ Strong capability for interdepartmental coordination

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing institutional sales by developing a business plan that covers sales revenue.
∎ Sales visits in different private organizations, semi-government organizations, GOBs, and other offices to know the prospects of projects and capture opportunity to infiltrate.
∎ Experience in dealing with Purchase departments, procurement department of institutions.
∎ This is target oriented Job, so he needs to have ability to achieve month wise sales target.
∎ To be vigilant on competitors' activities, prices, and programs and report to management regularly.
∎ Setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts accordingly.
∎ Researching and understanding customers’ needs, positioning a defined suite of products and service solutions that meet requirements, and also implementing new client.
∎ Manage and develop dealers in respective areas and take full responsibility for payments recovery.
∎ Achieve company sales target with proper planning and execution.
