Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for developing policy & procedures about HR issues.
∎ Responsible for maintaining employees' files, retention and documentation related to HR.
∎ Follow up daily HR & Admin and other housekeeping-related activities of the company.
∎ Follow-up Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave etc.
∎ Preparation / Issuing office notes, memos, office orders & circulars in respect of HR issues.
∎ Negotiate/resolve daily problems among workers/staff etc on HR & administrative issues.
∎ Perform other general HR Operations as and when needed.
∎ Identify staff /worker vacancies and recruit new employees when needed.
∎ Assist to Conduct recruitment process of worker for any vacancies at Factory.
