Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The person will be required to look after the Electrical Maintenance functions of a Denim establishment under Beximco Textiles Division, the South-East Asia's largest vertically integrated Yarn, Fabric (Woven, Knit, Denims) & Garments Manufacturing capacities with state-of-the art set up, which has been supplying a wide range of world-class RMGs to many up-market buyers/brands in the USA and Europe for more than a decade. The incumbent should have the hands-on experience in the following functions:Carry out the day to day electrical maintenance functions of Denim fabric manufacturing plant producing fabrics for top-class customers in USA/ Europe and being responsible for the successful maintenance of electrical machineries/ equipment to meet the required quality of the fabric produced and delivered Make sure that the machines are adjusted; equipments are updated in accordance with the fabric requirements Taking care of machines/ equipments and other maintenance functions to ensure that the production is no way hampered Discuss with Technical/ R & D/ Quality Assurance QC personnel to address the maintenance procedure and meet the quality requirements and receive their instructions/recommendations and act accordingly Execute maintenance procedure in a way that ensures minimum involvement of time, manpower and other resources while delivering the optimum production and quality
