Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and track customer orders from initiation to delivery.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely execution.
∎ Respond promptly to customer queries and provide accurate information.
∎ Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
∎ Identify and resolve order, product, or communication-related issues effectively.
∎ Escalate complex problems to the appropriate departments when necessary.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
∎ Understand client expectations and proactively align services accordingly.
∎ Provide support to the sales team with necessary documentation and coordination.
∎ Assist in preparing presentations and other sales materials.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all communications, orders, and samples.
∎ Generate regular reports on order status, sample development, and customer feedback.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications and developments.
∎ Communicate product features and updates effectively to customers.
∎ Act as a key liaison between the factory and the customer.
∎ Ensure seamless communication for production timelines, sample feedback, and order status.
∎ Ensure on-time development and submission of samples as per customer requirements.
∎ Follow up closely with relevant teams to meet sample deadlines.
∎ Check and verify the quality of all samples before submission.
∎ Coordinate revisions or corrections when required.
∎ Prepare required samples, documents, and reports for onboarding new buyers.
∎ Ensure a smooth and professional first impression to potential clients.
